Return Policy

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 5 business days.

Return Conditions:

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached.
Items must show no signs of wear or use.

How to Return Your Order

Fill out the return form we provide.
Package the item(s) securely along with the completed return form.
Ship the package using a trackable shipping method. (We recommend using Track & Trace.)
Once received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Address – Important

In some cases, returns must be shipped to our warehouse in China. Please contact us first to request the correct return address.

Please be aware:

Return shipping costs to China are at your own expense.
Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
After the product is received and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow some time for bank processing.

Returning to China can be more complex and expensive, so we advise all customers to review the return terms carefully before purchasing.

Uncollected Packages

If your order is not collected in time from your designated pick-up point, and it is returned to our supplier in China, a $14.95 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs.
